My cat absolutely loves this video. It’s her favorite cat purring video. I put my headphones on her and let her watch the cat in the video through my phone. While she has the headphones on, she puts her face up close to the screen, purrs and gently puts her paw on the screen as if she wants to cuddle with the little white kitten. As I’m typing, she’s giving begging eyes because she wants to listen and see her new purring little kitty friend on the screen again. Guess I’ll have to replay the video again ❤️

this is so bitter sweet to me... My cat passed away a year ago and he was my everything, learning to live without him is hard, and i still miss him, specially when I'm all alone.. That's probly cuz mama cats purr for their little ones to signal she's there and to keep them calm, so, much like kneading (which they use to tell humans they're happy) it's a leftover from kittenhood. But one I've never heard happening before.

I had 3 cats that I truly loved and cared for, ( *more than my siblings* ). And I had a cat named Sniegius ( *Snowy-?* ), He was a deaf cat, my parents hated him because he was shedding and always sleeping on the clothes, I thought it was funny and cute , one day I was sleeping and I heard something purring near my head, I looked up and saw him sleeping with me, I went to sleep with a smile that day. ( *It was months ago but I still love him.* ) So after stuff happened, he had to get a new home because we were moving and couldn't have any cats, we had to give away all the 3 cats, till this day, I still love him no matter what.

I just stumbled on this video and wow, it’s touching my heart. Just a few days ago I had to put down one of my cats, Kenzie, who was only 3 years old. She has feline leukaemia and cancer and nothing could be done. I have had an awful time sleeping, since she used to sleep with me every night, right by my head and purr her head off. This is just so comforting for me to hear right now. Thank you for this❤️

I've had this on my list for a while now, but I'm only listening today, and it's comforting. My kitten died today. She was also mostly white and loves to snuggle. She purrs the most when she's lying on my chest while we're sleeping. We only had a short time together, but I loved her with all my heart 😢 I miss her. Thank you for this 🙏

Can confirm. Though my dad's was always rather heavy set, so I physically couldn't breathe. She always liked to curl up with me tho. This is despite her struggling to trust any outsiders to the house, and my only being there one weekend a fortnight at most.

my cat Boots passed away not too long ago and he’d cuddle up with me almost every night. not having him purring next to me really messed up my sleep but ever since i found this video it’s helped me sleep so much. this kitten is an absolute angel 😻

I now remembered how my cat used to lay with me on pillows and just purr and sleep by my side.. I miss this so much. It was so nice having her this close even that i have alergies to cats. Sometimes it was annoying cuz she was purring so so loud, but still I wish i could pet her paws gain while laying on my bed

thank you. my neighbor's outside cat went missing, and i was raised with him so it's been tragic. they even once offered to share him with me. it may seem weird as it isn't technically my cat, but i have been absolutely distraught since he went missing. he helped me through so much, and i am unsure if buddy will come back home. this video makes me very happy at the moment and the kitten is truly adorable. it reminds me of all the good times with him and it makes me feel much better. thank you. :)

@@mr.niceguy3178 hey! nah, sadly we found out he is gone. however, afterwards, one of their other cats practically moved in with us ( with their full permission ), and he really comforted us in a time of grief. i'm very lucky to have such a wonderful support system and the pets i do, they've really gotten me through it and we know buddy wasn't in pain when he died, especially since it was likely just old age.

@@mr.niceguy3178 yeah, a lot of them do that to try and comfort their people n make sure they don't have to see it, and it hurts a lot at first but it gets easier over time, even if the love for them doesn't fade :)
