Great interview. Mike, I'm over the moon that you brought up making videos to "scale" as a one-man business. The term "scaling" doesn't mean adding employees. "Scaling" means economy of scale which means how to get the most productivity out of human labor. For some odd reason this business seems to intertwine scaling with adding more trucks and employees. That certainly may be the case. You can personally have the most inefficient processes then add employees but you're not maximizing the productivity of human labor
