That is a home. Love arched doorways. I’m not too crazy about the first one. It’s so black and white. That’s all. But the second one. That’s my idea of a home to raise kids in.

Timothy, these three manufactured homes are different, in their own way!! The have a style, all their own!! The first one, it has a lot going for it, it has a beautiful kitchen and the rooms, are fantastic!! The second, I can see why that is Number 2, on you list, it is completely adorable!! And the third, is great!! I like, everything about it!! These homes are a high quality and they are very appealing!!

1. So cool! It would be perfect with a wider shower, maybe wheelchair accessible doors and shower/water closet because this would be a great house I think for older folks. 2. I'm in love! Only wish it had a larger primary bedroom closet. I'd insulate the upstairs and as long as it had the plywood flooring to safely walk, I'd use for storage and decorate in the windows especially for holidays! 3. Gorgeous front but porch is not wide enough to utilize because this is a great country house you'd want to sit and rock on your porch and entertain a bit. Overall, a perfect home.

Will, this can't be a manufactured home, no way!!!! This house 🏠🏠 is the Bees Knees!! I don't know where to start, first, the kitchen is to die for l!! All the other room, are just magnificent!! I also, love, the way that the sink, is across from the family room!! That's Genius😮😮!! Keep bringing us more homes like these!!!!

Wow! I use to live in Bloomington, IN. I cant imagine how much it changed there. The last time I was there, they were building new apartments and other buildings. Lots of construction. I need to revisit one of these days.

I do like the second home a lot. And what I would change is the colors, the floors, the marble tile, and so forth from the soft grey to to a soft blue, and the darker grey to Indigo, and I would keep the sailboat ⛵ painting 🖌️ for sure.

A very nice house. Disappointed that I didnt see a built in microwave oven. But it was extraordinary to see a good sized pantry, in a room with a door, and a laundry room in a separate room with a door. Two nice bathrooms. I would choose solid shelves to replace those wire racks. But really a nice house, for a 2 bed single.

Check city codes. I was looking at a modular co several years ago to put on a lot here in Rapid City SD and found the city would not allow Modular’s within the city limits. There are trailer parks throughout the city. Don’t know why they have issues with them. One of their ridiculous ordinances (like not being able park your car on the street longer than 24 hrs at a stretch).

I guess I am old fashioned and I don't like open floor plans! Just a little bit of separation is good for me! No carpet is good and I hate the idea that my kitchen is the first thing you would walk in then the frontroom!
