Very nice home. I'd get lighter cabinets and go with black handles and black sink. Dining area id go with more cabinets on top with glass doors.Price is right! Thanks for the tour.

Very nice kitchen & guest bathroom. Pretty master suite. The refrigerator and bedroom door right next to the entrance is a no no for me, but I liked everything else about this home. It's good to see a different floor plan.

Timothy?? This doesn't look like a mobile home!! It's a very beautiful, sturdy looking place!! Love all the rooms, including the kitchen, laundry, living, dining and family room!! The Bedrooms and Bathrooms are great!! Love the wide open spaces!! Plenty of room for everybody!! Thank You for sharing this with us!!😊😊😊

I hate the carpet and vents in the floor.Beautifully decoration done in the home. OMG!! The kitchen is gorgeous. I love the gas stove. I love this house.

I really love the layout of this place. I give it 7½. I really love the built-ins, especially the shelves between the living and kitchen area. Still has no tub in the ensuite and the laundry room is to far from the main bedroom.

I love this home. I agree I think I would go with the black handles and black sink and no carpet in the livingroom or hallway.

Hello Timothy!! I don't think this house is for us, but it's not a bad looking house. But there's No place to put Grandma's China Cabinet in the dining room, and that is a deal breaker for me!! So anyway, have a good Christmas Eve Sunday, and a Merry Christmas Monday. God bless y'all.

The only issue for me, as a Canadian, winter means melty shoes. Master bedroom right off the door way isn't an issue per se, but that close, And the shoe bench/storage literally right there? Bump it over to the curve and we done fixed the problem.

Adding a garage seems to be big for me... Also adding the bench in the shower as well as a toilet that would cover a leggy 6'4" 302 lb guy...

I know from experience that a black sink is hard to keep looking good. It looks pretty to begin with but is difficult to keep shiny and new looking.

The only thing is it's hard to buy these types of homes cause nowhere to put them. Some places don't want no more mobile homes or some lots are ridiculous high and still have to pay mortgage on the home. You really have to buy land in rural areas far out in the country.
