Ingredients:
• 1 ½ cups whole wheat flour
• 1 cup peas
• 1 large-sized grated potato
• ½ cup coriander leaves
• 2 green chilies, finely chopped
• 1 tsp grated ginger
• 1 tsp cumin seeds
• 1 tsp fennel seeds
• 1 tsp red chili flakes
• 1 tbsp sesame seeds
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp oil
• 500ml water
• Oil for frying
To make garlic chutney:
• 3-4 dried red chili boiled
• 15-18 cloves of garlic
• 1-2 teaspoons of ginger
• 1 teaspoon of cumin powder
• 1 tablespoon of ketchup
• ½ tablespoon of lemon juice
• Salt to taste
• 2-3 tablespoons of water
