On your 1 month review of the predator elite I don’t remember you mentioning hotspots on breaking them in I might be mistaken though. Would you say the gx2\luna 2 is a more comfortable boot and better for wide feet, because the predators kill my feet and I probably take em off 4-5 times in a two hour session.

First time buyer of them, the only problem for me is the heal. Not enough lock down. Even with a runners knot. I had puma ultra 1.4s before. They were great thought they’d be similar. We’ll see

I think the studs are actually some of my favorites. Kind of a mix from their half conical studs mixed with bladed studs like mercurials. I play on artificial grass and regular grass pitches with them and haven’t had any problems. If you actually compare the stud length to the Puma Future Z 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4 (with conical studs) these are actually the same if not slightly shorter in length. I have all the above and have compared them in size.

Sad, the earlier versions were nice and suitable for wide feet. We did have separation issues, and I had to glue them a couple of times before shelving. Then we bought the Sinly one, and the design came off after one session. I returned them. We moved to the Mizuno Alpha Elite, and now we have three pairs (Red, Gold, and White) and a turf one in Black. If the shoe fits buy it in every color.

I bought the PUMA future 7 pro and the studs are the same but with more circular studs for AG. There are still the same blades and I think that it doesnt even bother me. I like the boot very much but a lot of people say otherwise so idk anymore

I'll tell you the truth, i have very wide feet and usually Puma's future boots fit my feet very well, even though they give me 1 cm space each sides been quite happy with the way they don't provide me blisters or anything but the only issue is that if i want to have future boots that would provide me a tight fit would've been a size down. But overall, i love your reviews because they're not biased and honest opinion.

To be fair, for a lot of footballers who are bigger dudes, especially myself who is 6”4 and has a size 14 foot. These are the only boots I fit in. Without me having to get customs made. These are actually quite good.

Hey Noah, would you say the heel slippage on the copa pure 2 + is worse or equal to the last gen laceless model? I have a chunky heel so I didn't have any slippage or lockdown issues on the laceless copas, is the new 2+ about the same or is the heel slippage even worse than the laceless?

Anyone have experience on the phantom gx2 low giving them blisters at the heel? ive worn them for about 4 hours with my first session no blisters however 2nd and 3rd both causing blisters does it just need longer to break it? i heard these boots dont need any break in time

With wide feet, you're gonna wanna stay away from the Vapor Pro and F50 Pro. Also, as a general rule, Adidas consistently has the worst 1st takedown quality in the entire industry, so that's another reason to fade the F50 Pro.

Im looking to buy tekelas or furons but wondering which to choose my feet are pretty narrow and i want a responsive speedboot that i can use on ag, fg and turf even maybe is the tekela grippier than the furon because that is also important for me and i know if i go for the furons+ i have to go with ag plate because fg to aggressive, is this also the case for the tekelas? Could you help me decide between them

I had both(but furon was ag), and I have to say that tekela in tekela the heel is better holded. Maybe because forons were AG, tekela's soleplate seems very good, also for AG(if the ground is not really low) - they have many studs, they are not high and conical. Side studs are just really good idea in general. And yeah, furons a bit wider and a bit less narrow cause of structure so heel feels lower while running, and a front part the same.

I’ve not tried the boots so I won’t comment on that, but I really believe Noah is the best reviewer when it comes to boots on the platform, the fair and balanced critique he gives is what people should listen to.. not to say other reviewers are bad, but I think Noah just does it better. That’s what I appreciate about Noah’s reviews, he’ll go out of his way to test something for over a month and then give a final verdict like in this case, he absolutely hated these particular boots, but that’s after testing them and using them for a month or more. Keep up the 1 month reviews mate, love them.

funny you talk about the heel and other negative parts about the boot. i found it worked wonders compared to the adidas cleats i tried out. Id pick this cleat over any new adidas. especially the heel portion of it. My heels slipped on every adidas boot i tried, but this one kept it in place. Moral of the story? go try shoes yourself.
