3 ай бұрынI visited the Api Api Night Food Market on Gaya Street in Kota Kinabalu. It's open every Friday and Saturday night from 6 p.m. until midnight.
The first culinary delight I indulged in was a big mozzarella stick. A huge chunk of mozzarella, covered in dough and breadcrumbs, deep-fried and then covered with mayonnaise, cheese sauce and chili sauce.
It was every bit as delicious as it was messy. About half of the sauce ended up on my leg as I attempted to walk and eat it.
Unfortunately there are no tables and chairs set up at the market so it was going to be difficult for me to eat the food while standing up and holding a camera in one hand.

I think it has to do with halal cert or culture. If there is food poisoning reported, businesses will be closed for at least 14 days, and food samples taken to find the source. This is the reason. Also gloves are also used in certain state.

That's cool but anyways here's an chocolate chip cookie recipe: 2 1/2 cups [382g] All-Purpose Flour 1 teaspoon Baking Soda 1 teaspoon Salt 1 cup [226g] Butter, softened 3/4 cup [150g] Granulated sugar 3/4 cup [160g] Firmly packed brown sugar 2 Large eggs 1 teaspoon Vanilla 2 cups [340g] Guittard Real Semisweet Chocolate Chips 1 cup [120g] Chopped walnuts (optional) Directions Preheat oven to 375°F.In a small bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside. In a large bowl cream butter, sugar and brown sugar until light. Beat in eggs and vanilla until smooth. Gradually add flour mixture until combined. Stir in chips and walnuts.Drop by well-rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.The Original Chocolate Chip Pan Cookie: Prepare dough as directed. Spread evenly into greased 10x15x1-inch pan. Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes. Cool before cutting into 48 two-inch bars. you have got to try this dale
