I was absolutely in love with Paul Householder. I attended my first (and only) major league ballgame when I was in the 8th grade in 1982. I sat in the rightfield stands right behind Paul Householder and yelled at him the entire game. LMAO. I was desperately looking for that game on KZfaq but apparently is wasn't televised. It was the first game in which Ray Knight had been traded to the Astros and the reds played the Astros. The saddest thing that happened to me in my teenage years was this.... when we walked in the stadium Paul Householder was just finishing up signing autographs and I didn't get to get his autograph. I was crushed!!!!

It must have been a little chilly that day.
