Are you tired of playing the dating numbers game, sifting through tons of guys who don't seem right for you? Do you long to find someone who truly appreciates and understands your passions and quirks? If so, it's time to shift your mindset and adopt a slightly different dating strategy that prioritizes quality over quantity. Let's dive into the secrets that will help you attract the right men who appreciate you for who you truly are.
The Importance of Authenticity
Authenticity is the key to attracting the right men into your life. Many believe dating is about attracting as many potential partners as possible, but this approach often leads to frustration and disappointment. Instead of trying to please everyone, be unapologetically yourself and highlight your best and most important qualities. Embrace your uniqueness, as it is your superpower when finding the right match.
Be Provocative, Be Yourself
To attract authentic men, don't be afraid to be provocative. Share your passions, interests, and quirks upfront, both on your dating profile and in real-life conversations. Being provocative means being unafraid to arouse strong reactions in others. It might scare away some guys, but that's okay! The goal is to find someone who appreciates and resonates with your true self.
By being authentic and provocative, you create clarity in your dating life. The right men will be drawn to your openness, and those who don't appreciate your uniqueness will naturally filter themselves out. This strategy saves you time and energy that could otherwise be wasted on dead-end dates.
Embrace the Quirkiness Advantage
A study of OkCupid users showed that being quirky and unique has advantages. Messages that start with unique greetings, such as "Howdy," are 40% more effective. This principle applies beyond online messaging - people are drawn to novelty and authenticity in all aspects of life.
So, find your own "howdy" that reflects your true personality. Don't worry about using some magic phrases; instead, understand the strategic value behind the "howdy" approach. Being different and showcasing your individuality helps you stand out from the crowd and attracts the right people who resonate with your quirks.
Quality Over Quantity
Remember, it's not about attracting a massive pool of potential partners. Focus on quality over quantity. Attracting fewer matches at first indicates that you are on the right track. Stick with your authentic approach, even if you encounter some initial challenges.
Embrace rejection as a positive aspect of the dating process. It saves you from investing time and effort into unfulfilling relationships. Instead of fearing rejection, see it as a natural part of finding the perfect match for you.
Your Uniqueness is Your Superpower
Being unique and authentic is a superpower in a world where many people try to fit into societal norms and expectations. Embrace your individuality, celebrate your passions, and be unapologetically yourself. The right man will love you for who you are, quirks and all.
In conclusion, attracting authentic men is not about playing games or trying to appeal to the masses. It's about being true to yourself, embracing your quirks, and showcasing your uniqueness with pride. Be provocative, be different, and be confident in who you are. Doing so will attract the right men into your life, leading you to a fulfilling and authentic relationship. Remember, your uniqueness is not a liability; it's your greatest superpower in the journey of love.

Adam, I bought your book Being Alone Sucks years ago. I think you told people to tap into their Unique Concise Identity. Be yourself. The people who are truly interested will want to know more about you. Obviously, I typed my comment before I got to the halfway point of this video.😆

Can you share about how to broach the subject of major health journey? My daughter is 20 and was diagnosed with a brain tumor 2 Years ago, and now lives with epilepsy as a result. It’s provocative and authentic but how many guys her age will be able to react in a healthy and supportive way? Ps - I’m a little biased as her mama but she really is the total package ❤

Please don’t use the term “Karen”. It’s deeply misogynistic and used to shame women from advocating for themselves. I’ve followed you for years Adam and found your approach to be truly helpful in my dating and relationships. So please be more mindful of using pejorative terms and stereotypes of women

there are male Karens too....some guys love to work people over with their " standards"...there are tons of pejoratives for men.... I've heard women named Karen joking about it.

@starbrightviola3679 I sometimes call them Darrens since it rhymes with Karens. Though some refer to them as Daves or Bobs. Also, I wonder if the main commenter is actually a bot as they only made one comment and have subscribed to only one channel.
