Personally I have developed alot of my Snow skills by watching all this stuff from this channel..And I'm a big fan to ur's narration...I can give an assurance to the guys who comes to this channel even with zero knowledge about Snow,they can become a snow developer with the stuff from this channel.... Everywhere else they just give you the puzzle pieces one at a time and explain them individually, which makes sense at the time but only on its own, not in context of the full picture or in real world applications.
