This will be the third Instalment of Changing Perceptions. Changing Perceptions is CPIC's initiative to explore a true and accurate representation of the beauty and wonders of Pakistan.
We have collected a host of social media influencers from six different nations to join us on the tour of Pakistan's finest locations. We showcase Pakistan's beautiful scenery, outstanding cuisine and welcoming people.
In part 1, our team explores Islamabad & Peshawar. The group experience the Pakistan Monument, The Pakistan National Games, and the bustling markets. They receive a warm welcome in Peshawar where they try out famous local lamb dishes with the Minister of Tourism.
Part 2 out soon.

Pakistan is very misunderstood! I was there until barely two months ago and had nothing but a great experience. I am doing my little bit for Pakistan from America. My family and friends follow my You Tube effort for Pakistan, and I strongly believe at least one person from Oregon has been persuaded to visit Pakistan because of my little effort. Thank you for doing this project - I'd always wondered what Pakistan is like - the media coverage we get here is so unrelentingly negative yet the people I know who have immigrated to my country from Pakistan are all incredibly kind and just lovely people. Being able to see these and other travel bloggers that I was familiar with (and to some extent trust) has made a huge deal of difference in my understanding of Pakistan, and with the help of these videos I'm actually able to show some of my friends/family that it isn't what we've been led to believe. Once we can travel again I'd love to experience your Pakistan and see these places and meet the people first hand. Also the development going on all over is really exciting and modern - the port in Baltistan looks like pure potential. I wish there was something I could do to help this movement along. Good luck!

I've grown up outside of Pakistan. In fact, i've spent substantial chunks of my life in various continents around the world, and what's ended up happening is I've accumulated this vast exposure to various ends of the world, but there has always been the feeling that I'm always still a foreigner, and never really fully accepted. Nothing against any of the cultures I've experienced, because I've made many good friends along the way, but that sense of belonging has always lacked, and over the last year or so, I've been finding myself aching to return to Pakistan to get in touch with me. This channel is inspirational because where I had no relevance to Pakistan and always felt ill-equipped to speak with anyone about my country, I've recently realized that I'm a Pakistani and I have been missing out on one of the most unique and special places on Earth. I want to come back home and see what I can do for myself and my country and CPIC's initiative has been a major contributing factor to this. Thanks for everything and keep it up! I'm now going on a personal agenda to spread these videos to as many people as I can because PAKISTAN deserves it. PAKISTAN ZINDABAD!.
