I can’t believe this is allowed here bc it’s so beneficial for others to hear! I also was cured of bipolar by eating carnivore. I fired my Dr, my psychiatrist, and my toxic relationships. Been 16 months of freedom and I also tell others I feel 22 again. 29/30 symptoms gone and I never will go back.

I don’t think people realize how monumentally important this particular interview is. This young man is the son of hyper successful billionaires who created the most successful video game of all time. Literally one in every four American school children has this game. This is the golden ticket everyone has been waiting for to get this idea to people with power. The government has been able to be continuously corrupted by institutions and industries, but the people that they are not able to control are the hyper wealthy. You cannot buy these people. You can buy politicians. That’s why they are in politics. It’s their business model to get rich. People underestimate the potential value of individuals who are soo wealthy that they cannot be bought. Stay tuned everyone…

They tried two consecutive TMS on me and it did not help at all. They said no problem we have another new drug to try. No one talks about what we eat. Years of suffering for me. I didn’t get better as quick as others but carnivore was my last option and I just knew I needed to believe and stick with it. I believe it took longer for me because I was so malnourished coming from a vegan diet.

Very interesting interview Dr. Chaffee! Happy keto helped him but I know he will feel even better on carnivore! We need all parents to see the strong link between gut health, diet, and neurological disorders and diseases for those kids diagnosed with Learning disabilities, ADD, ADHD, Bipolar, depression, eating disorders, anxiety, and so on! All they need to do is put their kids on a low to no plant based diet- mainly put them on carnivore! They don’t need meds, and cut out the plants that cause the problems to begin with!

I also have Bipolar type 1 since 1995. Strict beef n water for 4 months and managing well now on just 600mg lithium per day. I would say Matt has put the condition into remission rather than reversed it. In my experience any 'guard dropping', even in distant future years, brings the condition back like a runaway train. Good Health Matt❤

Don't forget though , he got into remission at a relatively early age .So the inefficiency causing the symptoms has less time to effect the brain, when not endured for decades , ( as in my own personal case).
@Tezzzaaa
@Tezzzaaa Ай бұрын
@@kenadams5504 true, he has a much better chance. However I still think he needs to maintain strict discipline for life as he's had full on psychosis. The reason I say this is that Bipolar 1 has a strong genetic component. There is strong evidence for this plus personally, all my siblings and 3 cousins all with the exact same condition. Just something for those who get lulled into thinking it's gone away, to stay conscious of. The genetic susceptibility will always remain unfortunately.
@annaak7849
@annaak7849 Ай бұрын
Can you explain what you mean pls. As in if a difficult event occurs it will still trigger an episode regardless of the diet?
@Tezzzaaa
@Tezzzaaa Ай бұрын
@@annaak7849 By 'guard dropping' I meant relaxing and returning to old eating habits and routines. The strongest component to BiPolar 1 is genetic and we're stuck with our genes for life so lifelong vigilance is needed esp if going med free esp after the brain has become reliant to whatever extent. Resilience to stressors is a good gauge for my mental health, but traumatic life events don't seem to trigger episodes for me. I love stoic philosophy and maybe that helps.
@michaelcummings8744

I don't agree. You seem to still live in the psychiatric paradigm which is total garbage. Bipolar actually is a concept based on lies anyways, but the true underlying cause can in fact be known and the symptoms cured. It was too expensive, took a lot of time to make things, I was scared I could get a kidney stone, and I didn't like how restrictive it was. I could try carnivore again some day if factors work out - I'm on keto but it hasn't been an overnight success and I still have anxiety. I would rather be ketovore if I remember correctly than full on carnivore. Wonderful interview! I wonder if Matt will go carnivore and then notice any significant changes.

I eat for less than $10 a day on carnivore. I eat a lot of ground beef, eggs and butter. At the same time I'm no longer buying all the rubbish, so I end up saving even more money. Meal prep for me is 5 minutes and that's it. Kidney stones occur when your gall bladder isn't being worked regularly (i.e. not eating fat regularly) and when you eat too much oxalates.

@@ThanhNguyen-ds1kl That is all interesting - thanks for sharing! $10 is very doable and so is your meal prep. I hope you're right about kidney stones. I eat fat so much now, so can worry less. I would try carnivore again if I can't get anxiety under control.

@@lexamdelac28 You don't have to eat ribeye steaks all the time. I treat myself to one every now and then or when it's on sale. I personally find 20% or 30% fat ground beef works well from a nutritional/fat content and flavour point of view. I also buy cheap lamb/beef offcuts and put them in a pressure or slow cooker to tenderise the meat/fat/cartilage. The resulting stock is also 👌. I find these cheap cuts have more flavour when cooked appropriately than expensive cuts.

@@lexamdelac28 The gall bladder needs to pump bile out on a regular basis to prevent stagnation of bile and blockage of the bile duct. Eating a proper human diet (regular fat intake and reduced carbohydrate and oxalate consumption) helps prevent gall stone formation.

All required micronutrients are found in meat (including vit c. -everybody talks about vit c). There is a case to be made however, for supplementing electrolytes/trace minerals because we no longer eat enough wild animals or drink from streams.

Im not worried about my disorders, right now I am looking at seeing a physical result. I am still over 300lbs, and about to do my secobd measurement since I started. I know, that I might be cobverting fat to muscle do I might not see an actual weightloss straight away. Most strict carnivore for not quite 1.5 months now. I eat until it doesn't taste good but jot sure if that's a good idea while losing weight, amyve when already relatively fit?!? I also found out that I believe I am allergic to Ghee, I used it while cooking to up my fat content. Eate it for about 3 weeks and then itchiness and hives. i cut it out and now only cook with butter but still itchy!!

With all the mammals of the world healthily chomping on plants and thriving excellently, are humans really that fragile to not be able to tolerate plants well too, having these amazing brains and bodies to build all that we do, but we're extremely EXTREMELY fragile biologically on the inside? Really? Mexicans were really healthy for many years even though they ate like 40% of calories as corn. Frequency of meals, activity level, chemicals, preparation of the plants all matters, as well as stress & culture factors. I'm really glad that the Carnivore diet is super healthy. But it just seems so unlikely that humans are too fragile to tolerate plants as food, even as most of their food. We're so flexible as to be able to thrive in lower oxygen high altitude places, extremely humid or dry, living around seriously poisonous or aggressive wild creatures, super cold or hot places, flat land or hilly/mountainous, extremely stressful conditions like WWII front lines areas people didn't get as mentally messed up as college students in luxury today. I think humans are tough enough to be able to very safely include a lot of plants in their regular diet, and that it is prudent to be ready to have to. You never know if Carnivore foods will be as available next year as they are this year. We can't always control preferred food availability. It's good to know how to make plants as safe as meat, eggs, dairy. Before the Diabetes epidemic, plants were a decent size percentage of healthy people's diet most days.
