I was plant based vegan for 23 years ...until I found Dr. Chaffee on KZfaq 2 months ago 🙏 and I have already healed so many chronic health issues I've struggled with for years by going carnivore! I have never felt happier and healthier in my life! I am profoundly thankful for what you have taught me Dr Chaffee, thank you ❤🫂

Who makes this nonsense up. We eat everything, according to the season we are in and the location. Don't listen to him, he doesn't have a clue.

My wife has started her period again with carnivore, 2 years into her menopause and 5 months into carnivore (from keto). The increased plant toxins during keto i think triggered the early menopause

A good tip to stopping the sugar cravings is to make a hot drink with butter (blend with a milk frother) and once its cooled down slightly blend in 3 egg yolks (so they dont cook). Its creamy and satisfying and you can have it any time of day or night. I usually use butter straight from the fridge so it cools the boiling water down quickly. I also use a big chunk of butter. Can add a pinch of salt if needed.

Northern Europeans haven't been eating grains for nearly a long as southern Europeans and it was a survival crop.

Loved hearing about Sami and her long journey. I am just starting mine. No cancer, that I know of , but being pre-diabetic and having auto-immune disease ITP for 2 years did a number on me. Doctor had to take out my spleen and thank goodness that worked so far. I am seven months on Carnivore and two years on keto before. Carnivore was the only thing so far that I have seen so many positive changes. A work in progress. I am thankful to have found this diet. I started with doctor Berg , then Dr. Ken Berry and Dr. Chaffee, and all your guests like Dr. Elizabeth Bright. Game changer were fixing my hormones and such.

In the Bible the animals were sacrificed for various reasons but what’s interesting is the best part was put on the alter and given to Yahweh the creator of everything. So yes animal fat is super important and a superfood

the last bit about recovery from workouts is so true and so important...mike mentzer also talked about this. my best gains have always come when i take 5-6 days or more off between workouts. don't try to squeeze all your workouts into a 7-day schedule...if you don't feel like you can set a personal best that day at the gym, it's probably better to skip the workout entirely because that's a signal your body hasn't adequately recovered from the previous workout.

Bitter almonds are NOT the stones of a peach. They are a species of almond that has a higher content of cyanide. Poisoning will really only occur when consuming 6-10 bitter almonds, but it's not death poisoning, more like pressure washer out both ends poisoning. 50 bitter almonds is actually the general fatal dose. Also, the cyanide in bitter almonds is denatured by heating, so when used for marzipan, it's mixed with hot sugar, which denatures the cyanide.

I have ezcema and been mostly meat diet, but my eczema is still here after a few months. Given my juvenile diabetes, I occasionally have to drink high sugar drinks to raise glucose, but otherwise just meat. Anyone have any ideas if/when my skin issue can go away?

What happens to those who dont like much meat,,i couldnt eat meat like a carnivore i feel sick thinking about it ,, im a great believer in a balanced diet cut outt sugar and processed food. We are being manipulated by the media that csrnivore is king, its expensive and must be boring, what kind of livestock ix all this meat coming from. Are they grass fed, we wont be at the right supermarket or butcher if they arent, so next time you buy meat make sure its tip top but then youll never really know, lots of money to be made in the food industry for surs

Everybody read the Blood Type Diet by Dr Peter D'Adamo. It explains a lot about what foods are beneficial for your blood type and it gives real evidence that backs up Dr Chaffee.

The people saying my family member got fatty liver disease and they ate a lot of fruit smh. Fatty liver disease couldn't be caused by fat, could it!? Damn durianrider was right all along. Eat all the sugar you want. Keep your fat intake low 10 to 20 grams a day.
@anthonychaffeemd
@anthonychaffeemd 3 сағат бұрын
Fat does not get taken through the liver to be digested or processed. It goes directly through the lymphatic system and is the only nutrient source that bypasses the liver. Sugar goes directly to the liver however, and clinical trials in humans have shown that fructose can directly cause fatty liver disease, and removing fructose will reverse fatty liver disease in humans on an experimental, randomized controlled trial basis. . How do we make fatty liver disease in animals such as duck and geese, to make walk raw? Do we give them a bunch of fat? No, we give them a ton of carbohydrates and grains. Alcohol also causes fatty liver disease, and fructose has been shown to break down into the same by-products as alcohol, including leaving a fatty droplet when it is metabolized. The simple explanation of eating fat and fat getting put everywhere like your liver sounds fine but it actually doesn't follow when you look at human data or the biochemistry. . I have seen hundreds of patients liver function tests and they have all improved when going on a high fat ketogenic diet with animal fat and protein predominantly and eliminate out carbohydrates, sugar, and alcohol. Durianrider can say what he likes, but the evidence is totally against him.
