Күн бұрынI love this Budget Fishing Challenges!! Buying some cheap gear and try to catch some fish with it! You'll never know what you're going to get! This time for this budget fishing challenge I found this little BFS rod (I love BFS Fishing) just at £10 on AliExpress and I couldn't just let it pass!
I know you guys love this fishing challenges too so was the perfect match for this video!

It’s nice to use expensive, top of the range kit but this shows you don’t need to spend a fortune and as it is cheap, you worry about it less. Tight lines.

The tsurinoya spirit fox costs actually 40€ i didnt find the rod anymore. Tsurinoya is a real good Brand, i have some rods and spools from them

I think I paid £25 a few years ago, but prices vary a lot on Aliexpress! Tsurynoia is a really good brand, they're lures are good too. There's quite a few people using the brand in the UK.

@lightning-random-in-berlin here it's not widely known as well, it's more the BFS and UL guys that use it! Definitely, I have a few combos from AliExpress caught some good fish with them too! I've been using the Mavllos Delicacy and the Soloking Acura HICC50 Pro now!

@zombiebitefishing it just shows you don't need expensive stuff to fish. We're the living proof of it, when we started fishing we were using the cheapest rod and reel available and they still going strong to this day!😅

Haha that's the whole fun of spending £10 on a rod 🤣 but the rod is actually quite decent for the price, just a moderate action, which is not my favourite thing by far. Hey, don't make fun of my old Tsurinoya reel, it reeled in more fish than any other of my reels and is enjoying her retirement now 😌

I always like to pick a light rod up when I’ve had a brutal few weeks targeting tanks and blanking 😂😂 bashing a few wasps raises the morale

I don't think it would be the best, maybe for the smaller ones, but if you hook into something a bit bigger you going to struggle.

It's great to catch smaller perch, probably really good for trout! Unbelievable the quality of the rod for that price.

Did you have to pay VAT or anything extra on the rod?

You pay on the checkout at the website, probably £1 or £2 pounds maximum, there's no problems with customs because you just pay if uts over £130 I think. I bought this one for £9,59 plus £1 tax 😅

Think you pay import tax depending on the value of the item as far as I know. I got stung with a massive tax bill when I bought a load of gear from tackle warehouse usa a few years back

Exactly mate, it's nice to use good gear, you can feel the quality miles away! But with this you don't really bother that much, and does the job quite well to be honest. Comparing this to my Korum Snapper I can say it's pretty similar. Tight lines. 🎣
