#1 Winnebago e-RV
Though labeled as a concept, Winnebago second EV looks like a production-ready model, based on the current Ford Transit van. Developed by the brand’s Advanced Technology Group, the e-RV swaps the Transit’s internal combustion engine for an electric powertrain from Lighting eMotors.
#2 Airstream eSTREAM
Beautiful retro trailers by Airstream have durable aluminum shells but are not the lightest to tow. So to make sure that we continue seeing them on the roads after the electric revolution, the US manufacturer introduces a proprietary eStream technology.
#3 Thor Vision Vehicle
Looking like an up-sized version of Ford Transit, Thor Vision Vehicle presents the company’s vision for a future Class B+ motorhome. The model uses a chassis-mounted all-electric powertrain, but for the purposes of extending the range, it is paired with an integrated fuel cell.
#4 Mercedes EQV Camper
In addition to the ICE-powered Marco Polo campervan, Mercedes adds to its stables an all-electric model. Based on the Mercedes EQV, the RV offers lengths and 2 battery options, 60 and 90 kWh.
#5 Stella Vita
After completing a 1200-mile trip across Europe on solar power, the Stella Vita student concept has gathered quite the following in media and across social networks. The company’s 22 creators even got invited to Renault to exchange experiences with the brand’s new Mobilize brand.
#6 Dethleffs E.HOME
The new parent company of the brand, Thor Industries, has recently signed a binding memorandum of understanding with ZF Friedrichshafen. The two companies will finish the development of the Dethleffs E.Home Coco and its electric platform.
#7 Renault Hippie Caviar Hotel
Renault Hippie Caviar Hotel is inspired by the design of 1960s campers and the current glamping trends. Its distinctive two-tone green paintwork comes from 1977 Renault Estafette camper.
#8 LEVC Electric Camper
Based on the VN5 van, the new LEVC Camper offers buyers access to national parks and other protected areas that are off-limits for ICE models, but uses a 1.5L gasoline engine to extend its travel range from 60 to 304 miles.
#9 Crawler e-trail
Turkish Crawler has already made a name for itself as the manufacturer of affordable RVs for the roads untraveled. Their next camping solution is an all-terrain caravan e-Crawler for a mid-size EV.
#10 Mitsubishi Minicab-MiEV B-Leisure Style
Though not suitable for long off-grid stays, the Mitsubishi Minicab-MiEV B-Leisure Style kei car can easily take you for a day outing to a local camping ground.

Currently the existing Ev Rv's are just way too expensive with not enough range for me to want to invest in one. But the technology will be promising for sure :) In the future it will likely change.

These could be the World's Greatest Motorhomes if one common RV problem could be addressed - fuel economy. Gas is expensive nowadays, a common problem with all motorhomes. It would have been nice if an option for an ecoboost engine (17+ mpg), or better yet, a series hybrid diesel electric engine. I'm willing to sacrifice tow capacity for better fuel economy. A series diesel electric system works with a diesel electric generator - tuned for maximum efficiency, and burns maybe two gallons an hour - that provides power for an electric traction motor that moves the RV, and provides power a charge to a battery that produces extra torque when needed. (it could also provide camposite power) BMW and Chevy had similar technonlgy with the i3 and Volt. it could be done on a scale big enough for an RV. Imagine 30+ MPG in an RV!

I love EV RV's. A Electric Drive on a caravan isn't much use. I will help improve range, but you need double charging time. So in the end of doesn't solve the trip time.

@@tk9839 for better cost per km you should drive EV all the way. A hybrid is not a solution. You would need to plug in every 20 miles on such an RV. And on ICE mode they polute more than normal ICE .

without a hydrogen fuel cell or hybrid technology.. I'm not going to take an pure battery electric champer into the woods.. plus the added base weight might push some into another weight class especially when it's loaded with all the food and gear.. range , weight or power its either one or the other that's the trade off with battery electric can't have both
