The hard thing about the Rick and Morty style is that you need to have a very iq to pull it off

Finally!! Someone who actually did this challenge justice. You understood how those styles are drawn and you delivered. You don't know how many artists I've seen who claims to have done this challenge but just draws an existing character like Naruto or Goku and just changes a few things like the hair and clothes.

The last two are so great, but I think there's a elegance inherent to the adventure time style that you've really impressively adopted, with not a single line out of place.

This is so excellent! At the end of the sakimichan drawing I laughed out loud, as someone who's followed her work for years I'm so jealous you've been able to meet her, haha. All of these are just so excellent.

Just when I thought it couldn't get any better, you do the Tan zhi hui style. It's incredibly how well you emulated all those styles. This the best style challenge I have seen for sure.

I'm really glad you did more than just some of the common animation styles, it's great to see the diversity! I think my favourite was Ashley Wood's or Mucha's. The very blocky and harsh black lines inspired me to do a quick doodle with more varied line width and I think I'll be experimenting more in general :D

First of all, I have to say thank you for doing what you do. I've learned so much more from your videos than from AP studio art, haha. You continue to influence and inspire me. Ok, but what I really came down here to say is that Mucha is so much more than the hair! Even disregarding the themes and color choice, the edge work and line and composition- the forms and anatomy he uses are so nuanced and carry so much information. I've been told that one of the most important thing to be aware of trying to evoke his style is that only uses convex forms, which i just now realized is kind of the opposite of your theory/style. His paintings are less dynamic and feel much less charged than your work, but they're more tranquil and balanced. Both Mucha's art and the Art Nouveau movement in general have hugely influenced my personal style, but so has your art and your style, and I think the reason is that they contrast so starkly.

This is SUPER GOOD. I just recently discovered your channel, hence my lateness. I’ve watched most of the tutorials and they help SO MUCH! But Im super glad I can identify mistakes, even at your god level. It’s comforting to know that even the best artists make noticeable mistakes. What I mean is the eyes on sakimichans style, they’re too far apart and the further one is lower than the other.

I've found that these are a great way to find new artists to look into. Kind of like mini introductions into their style.

This is fantastic. I think the Mucha style one is my favorite

to draw adventure time-style inks you gotta set the pressure curve so that the pen has to be pushed harder for line width variation. That way you don't have to be super careful with the pen pressure when you draw

I was super impressed with you drawing skills on the Mucha drawing. I lost my shit when you started doing the Tan Zhi Hui one, but there was a lot of expressions on the others that made me crack up :D.
