These ingredients contain compounds known for their anti-inflammatory and detoxifying properties. 3. **Detox Phases**: The detoxification process can be roughly divided into three phases: - **Phase I**: Transformation enzymes oxidize, reduce, and hydrolyze toxins/drugs. - **Phase II**: Conjugation enzymes conjugate Phase I products. - **Phase III**: Transport proteins transport the final products from the cell. 4. **Detox Organs**: The liver is the primary detoxification organ, as it filters blood coming directly from the intestines and prepares toxins for excretion from the body. Sugar- loaded banana is replaced by avocado for me. Avocado has three times more potassium without the blood sugar effect.
