I thought Sargeras’s sword from World of Warcraft would be mentioned. As it literally was stabbed into Azeroth and destroyed an entire zone.

One that immediately springs to mind is Sargeras' sword at the end of WoW's Legion expansion. Much like #1 on this list, impaled the whole planet of Azeroth. You can actually visit the hilt sticking out of the desert, making you feel very puny.

Cloud's sword isn't absurdly long, some of the longest historical two handed swords were nearly as long however Cloud's is extremely bulky and unwieldy heavy.

I was gonna say the Axe Legion in Astral Chain is a living sword in and of itself. The game classifies it technically as a Bardiche which is a bladed spear to grossly oversimplify, but if you're playing the game, the entire forearm of that legion is a sword absolutely longer than the legion is tall. And the Axe Legion is a towering figure, even taller than your character's dad. The thing's sword arm is big enough that you as the player can use it to hide behind if you need to block an attack, and it covers most of you. The thing is enormous.

In Planescape Torment, there is a spell that opens a portal to a giant cannon which then fires through the portal.

Number 2 reminded me of armored core's "Ultimate Weapons" that, in order to use, it requires sacrificing alot going into battle. One of them you carry with you, and when you equip it, you UI going haywire, your entire arm gets blown up, you take damage and the weapon gets attatched to your arm for a one-shot weapon. Once the weapon timer finishes, the weapon it dropped and your stuck with one less arm and two three less weapons.

Nothing in Souls series beats the chicken wing smelter. Lol plus duel wielding chicken wings is crazy investment especially for the special combo change that u could do in DS2. I miss that game. It was my first souls game so many people hated I loved it. Got me into the Souls games and genre so it’ll always be great to me.

In Lost Planet 2 (which multiplayer is still active on Xbox One and Xbox 360 cross compatible multiplayer) there is the Support Cannon which can transform into a huge sword for a single attack and kill everyone on the map in one swing. The same cannon can also make a black hole too I think. But they are very rare weapons to see since no one knows how to active the button press.
