"Honorable" mentions: Kelly Oubre vs a car (while he was probably on a bike which would've voided his contract), Jason Richardson vs Steve Nash, Anthony Edwards vs an unborn child, there are a lot of them. People make mistakes and the stakes are high. I never feel that someone should be judged for the rest of their lives by their worst moments or biggest mistakes, but it is scary how skillfully they can be scrubbed from the news and the history books.

Noone protected Giddey. Giddey was wronged here. How did a 15 years old get into a Night Club? She clearly lied to him about her age. Pat Bev should be more worried about the example he is setting for his daughter, and how to raise his daughter to not be a 304!

@@anthonywlong Dude... noone in the world can see the difference between 15 and 18 nowadays. And he ended it after a view weeks when he found out. Do you even follow the story? Its not as if he visited her at home or at school. They met when he was in town either in clubs or at his place. Just look up the informations. There is a reason why she wasnt cooperating with the police, cause she commited crimes, not Giddey.

Bruh your source of law and news is clearly instagram reels… Laws like that are made to protect minors and it’s the adults responsibility to make sure they’re not getting with a minor. You think shouting on social media “I had sex with Josh Giddey” is adult behavior? Btw Kobe Bryant was in a similar situation and he had a court investigation and was criticized by all of media.

Although I agree 100% with your logic, the same logic would not be applied if this was a case against somebody that did not fit the agenda for example, race, age, religion, etc The law should be the law no matter what especially when you punished other athletes for less that did not fit the agenda
