I'm frm the Navajo reservation and yes we have many stories to tell. Both New Mexico and Arizona r known for cryptids. But I luv my reservation for it's beauty. Díne life is good.

Besides we Navajos don't speak of thm bcuz of their curses and how they can follow u until they do damage. So I shall not speak their names nor will I talk more of thm. I don't wanna get cursed. We were in AZ on vacation 3 months ago at an airbnb in the desert. One night while sitting outside around the hot tub, we heard crazy sounds like kids playing and it would get really close and a second later be far away. We also saw the most pervasive and unexplainable lights in the sky. This all happened at the same time and went on for about 30 minutes. It was def the most paranormal event I have ever experienced. Still hard to believe it actually happened

I’ve know several real estate agents in my life. Any one of them would be hog tied and whipped before they would show a house with rotten food in the refrigerator. They always prep a home best they can. Even it its a serious fixxer upper. They always make sure its at least sanitary and smelling ok. Very odd.

When I was young I experienced this when we lived on the Navajo nation on the out skirts of tuba city for a few years. As a young child it was a horrifying experience.

If you find a house that's unusually cheap, RUN. You come across an apartment where tenant turnover is high, RUN. There's a reason for the cheap price or tenants who move out after a month. Not necessarily paranormal, could be an a-hole landlord or a basement that floods with every rain, but there's always a reason. Don't ignore the red flags.

In 2001 I was living and working from northern Colorado. My neighbors had the company I worked for and we got the call to be in Phoenix/mesa area two days from the call. We left Colorado around 5 in the evening in the summer time. We drove along 1 70 into Utah and made the left to follow signs for route 191. I didn't have any interest in the paranormal or cryptids at this time in my life, but I had a weird feeling in body when we started to make our way south past Moab. Now it is very dark and I can see all types of crazy landscapes outside in the pitch black of canyon country. my buddy was driving and somewhere in northern Arizona we have trouble with the truck. We made it to tuba city and spent the night in the highschool or library parking lot. In the 🌅 morning I couldn't believe where we where and the surrounding area. It woke me up for sure. I can't believe that people survive in that harsh party of the country. I would really like to go back now that I'm into the unexplained

Grew up in Tuba, it’s refreshing to see SW stories from the Rez. Lived in front of a graveyard, house haunted entire childhood, seen all sorts of crazy stuff. A couple yanas 😜

God I love this guys videos at first I was listening to him on Apple podcasts I think on my Alexa when I had schizophrenia three years ago I think could be wrong. It always made me feel comfortable and safe and made me feel like I was able to sleep. I will forever listen to this man he is truly wonderful.

Happy New Year! That story with the vampiric bird person thing reminds me of a folklore creature from my culture that my family claims either my grandpa or great grandpa had an encounter with. The creature is called the Utak, it is pronounced E-tack, or at least that is how I have always heard it pronounced by our elders. It is a witch who has a bird-like body whom feeds on... Well, the unborn...

In the story with the mining house: what if the hand on his back was the mother protecting him from her son's demon possessed soul by removing him from his body so he could see it and not feel the pain of an attack?

Love the stories but kinda disappointed with the last one, reason being is because it didn't have an ending and was to short as well, however your narrations are awesome keep up the amazing work and have a happy new year, can't wait for your books and card game

The story "Somthing in my neighbors garage" is mine . Thank you very much for reading it💕! Since the incident nothing really happened aside from the some strange noises . Still I'm afraid that my pets , mom or myself could get hurt. We don't have any folklore about skinwalkers or somthing alike , the closest thing to it would be a werewolf. If anyone knows how to make sure we're safe than pleas tell me.

To traditional Navajo, direct eye contact is very rude. I would never expect a Navajo child to maintain eye contact.

Mr friend has this entity that she's seen throughout her life. It first happened when she was very very small and went into strange section of woods that seemed to change from summertime lushness to wintertime dead before her eyes. Then she saw a rabbit and it led her back to the safe area. She says she never felt in danger or got an an evil feeling either. As she was following it, it went behind a tree then she saw a figure with a pale face and long black hair peek out. All along she'll see this. Recently she saw it in her horse pasture. The figure with the long black hair was standing beside one of her horses. She got out of her truck to walk up and it disappeared and a rabbit came hopping out from around the horses feet. Not long after the horse died but she was 20+ years old. This pasture wasn't near her first experience. It follows her. Anyone have any ideas? Her mom and niece also have these abilities but I don't think they see the rabbit woman.

There's a Native American tale of a witch and her rabbit. I'd recommend looking it up. That's immediately what came to mind reading this. Hope this helps 🙏

@@renarantscomics7262 Thanks! I figured it had to be native somehow. The original place was her g-pas land in North FL and he told her never go back in there. Supposedly a spot nothing grows on too. I will look that up! It's so intriguing to me.
