The Undertaker saw the potential in the Rock and thought he would be a great champion. So the Undertaker went to Vince and convinced him to ignore the Kliq. HHH is actually open to Punk returning to the WWE, its Vince who is against it. HHH has said if Punk was to ring him up he would be open to taking his call. HHH got asked this a number of times before Punk signed with AEW and in recent times HHH has said he is happy to take Punk's call, but it has to be Punk who rings him. Vince wont even consider taking Punks calls. But who knows maybe in 10-15 years time things might cool down and the might induct Punk into the Hall of Fame. 5 years ago we said Jeff Jarrett would never be let back in the WWE and now he is a backstage producer and Hall of Famer in the WWE.
