Ironically the only salmon that survived w/o getting overcooked was surprisingly the wellington/petivier - pork chops were dried out

Invest in a rice cooker .. And Google simple recipes for rice cookers .. they have recipes for rice.. cooking vegetables and meats in the rice cooker
