I used to be dead set against remakes and reboots, but then I learned The Maltese Falcon with Bogart was the third attempt at making that movie. So while I still think most remakes depend too much on the original to draw an audience instead of doing something original or good, sometimes we get something like The Taking of Pelham 123 with Denzel. I think they changed that up enough to make it stand on it's own. I don't like it more than the original, but I appreciate it.

Very fun video D, yeah I enjoyed the mummy with Tom Cruise also but I didn’t know it was setting up a reboot of the monster franchise, And I actually seen the planet of the apes with Marky Mark in the theaters and people were getting up and leaving and yelling at the screen. This is shit. I watched it again, and I thought it was even worse. I’m not a big Marky Mark fan to begin with So that even turned me off even more, And you’re right terribly disappointed in RoboCop they could’ve done so much more in 2014 was that.
