Hi AK - great idea on the Extension Library. We may actually do just that! For the time-tracking: this is not done via an extension. It is natively available within Zoho Desk. Time can be tracked under the "Time Entry" submenu within each Ticket.

I am sure every Zoho User finds it extremely frustrating to find anything useful on the marketplace as Zoho's search and filters are nonexistent (I can't even make seas of all extensions be Zoho Corp). And do not even get me started on trying to compare and figure out the best use cases for different extensions! Zenatta is perfectly positioned to be a "Consumer Reports /Wirecutter" for all things Zoho (including Extensions). And one more time Thank you so much for making this amazing video. I have been trying to make Zoho Desk out only email/tickets/etc. app and the extensions you suggested will make it much better. I am struggling with the inability to create Projects (in addition to Departments), and several other things. I would truly appreciate it if you made a video on "How to use Desk as your organization's email(all email; individual and org)/tickets/communication/ etc."
