Hi there! Nice video! We used RingCentral with Zoho for a while and recently switched to the Thirdlane Multi Tenant PBX + Zoho CRM combo. While RingCentral was okay, Thirdlane offers deep customization options and multi-tenancy support. Cheers!

Can you help me please I created my smb share, I can see it and remove and change files but when using deluge it download to the mount share just file but can't see it any where else. I use file browser on deluge it's there I can see and play my download from the mounted drive but it doesn't share anywhere else what I'm I doing wrong 😢. PLEASE HELP

In regards to zoho books templates. Is there a way to have subtotals by category or group rather than individual pricing? I currently do it through zoho writer - CRM integration but itd be nice to have it directly in books

The only use case I can think of for the duplicate images would be if you're pulling in leads from Social channels people maybe use the same profile pic across channels? Maybe some sort of social enhancements are to follow and this is a precursor....?

This looks promising, but not all of our leads have email address or phone numbers. We have automated contact sequences set up in workflows right now, which allows you to say "IF phone number exists schedule a call, IF they only have email, send an email." Is there any way of doing that in Cadence other than creating entirely separate ones for each case?

We have a massage clinic and we use massage specific Software to book clients appointments and generate invoices. Some of these clients use their insurance coverage to pay for the treatments. Since we have setup direct billing with insurance companies, we submit the invoice to the insurers. The insurance companies then direct deposit the payments in to our bank account. Some times these payment is for one client or for multiple clients depending how may invoice we submit on behalf of the clients. Other clients pay us using e-transfer and credit card, and cash. We linked our checking account with Zoho Books, and these payments come through to zoho books as Miscellaneous payment, e-transfers, etc We want to keep using our Massage Practice software for managing clients booking, invoicing and use Zoho books for managing our business finances. What is the most efficient way to categorize insurance deposits, eTransfers, credit card payments and record these income payments in Zoho books without creating invoices in Zoho ? Thank you

Is there an easy way to have a marketing video play as a pop-up using Zoho sites? I've been able to embed a video (youtube) but I'd love for it to play full screen as an overlay/pop up video when clicked and can't figure out how to do that with Zoho Sites. Any advice is appreciated!

Hi Jordan and the Zenatta team, I loved the video-it has helped me get pretty far into what I need. However, I was wondering if you could point me in the right direction for an issue that came up. On our website, we use Gravity Forms for customers to submit samples. In these forms, the customer must fill out a field with a deal number. This number was previously assigned to them and the customer knows of it. Once the form has been submitted, I have a flow that creates an entry within a custom module for customer samples. The issue is, that we have a DEALS module and a SAMPLE SUBMISSION module. I have a look-up field from the sample submission module to the deals module but I am not sure how to get the look-up field to work within Zoho Flow. This would help our techs be able to transfer between either module. Let me know if this makes any sense whatsoever, I would love to hear back. Thank you so much!

Can we create a dynamic link , because for multiselect field just appending the values doesn't work as for each new value we need to put the field alias as well in the url , So we will need a dynamic url which adjusts based on the number of values selected in multiselect fields.

Hi McBeed - Yes, for now, we recommend sticking with Campaigns. That being said, Forms could be connected via Zoho Flow. This is included if you have a Zoho One license.

Greetings, I hope this email finds you well. When I send an email from my website to Zoho Mail, it shows that the "To" and "From" email addresses are the same. However, I have already set the "To" and "From" email addresses to be different. Additionally, it displays my email as the subject title, but I want it to show the sender's email as the display name in my Zoho Mail inbox, not the email address I set on my website. Thanks for the detailed explanation. In this case why did you choose to use the wp webhooks to zoho flow first? Cant you just use the the zoho flow plugin on wordpress and avoid having to use the wp-webhook plugin altogether?

This is really important. The default user profile has to have all the setup options disabled. I have yet to come up with something that can't be done today that will be able to be done with CRM for everyone. Have you guys? How would this apply?

Hi Steven! I'd say the main thing that is uniquely new to CRM for Everyone is the ability to group modules into folders, and some of the unique permissions options for Team Modules (within a given Teamspace)
