sotNice tutorialng in the soft roll and the soft outgrows the length of the step sequencer. it's not obvious how to "shrink" the soft rolled

A few couple of plugins that I didn't know about. I'm always surprised how many people model in a perspective view. It drives me nuts. I always model in orthogonal mode, perhaps I'm the oddball?

I just used the round corner tool, but after the application of material onto it , the material applied to the rounded corner seems to be out of place .Is there any fix for that. Thank you

You can select the whole object (as geometry not group or component), right click, and use the VRay UV Tools menu to project the material as you see fit :) If you need more clarification, message me on one of the social channels in the description; it'll be easier to chat and share screenshots.

Step 1: Download 1001bit freeware (rbz file) Step 2: Start Sketchup (you need Sketchup 8 and later versions) Step 3: Go to menu 'Window' Step 4: Select 'Preferences' Step 5: Select 'Extensions' Step 6: Click on 'Install Extensions' button Step 7: Select the 1001bit_freeware_v1.0.x.rbz file that you've downloaded. Simply follow through the process... After setting up, you should see a notification that the extension has been successfully setup, along with the 1001bit toolbars. Enjoy and have fun!

Hi, thanks for this video! I'm struggling with putting the door and window frames in, when i enter my measurements and click the face it just selects the 'window' face and doesn't insert a frame. Do you have any advice as to where i may be going wrong? I'm just clicking normally on windows laptop. Thanks!

I'm guessing this is because the plugin needs to be updated for newer versions of Sketchup, yes :/ I use Sketchup Pro 2018.

hey there great video loved it ..... 1001 plugin is not compatible (sketchup 2019) any alternate solutions and other plugins showing that the author has the ability to access the file system on my computer is this ok

I've seen a way around making 1001Bit tools compatible with Sketchup 2019 and 2020, if I find the link again I'll post it to this comment thread :) Have you tried installing it anyway, though? As for plugins asking for access to a file system, I've been using these plugins for years and never experienced any data breach, to be honest. So, to my knowledge they are safe to use. Just make sure that you get your plugins from verified sources, such as the links I've posted; eg. Official Developer Websites, Extension Warehouse, and the Sketchucation Plugin Store.
