I like the DQ finish at Summerslam 2001. It wasn’t lazy, it was part of Austin’s heel gimmick. He couldn’t beat Angle, the refs wouldn’t DQ him, and eventually good ol’ NWO ref Nick Patrick comes down to help out the heel. It’s not an example of lazy Attitude Era overbooking and disqualifications. It really worked for the story.

I'd add Bret Hart v. Diesel at the KotR 94. It was the first PPV match between the two, and it really showed how good Diesel could be with the right opponent. They played the David/Goaliath dynamic perfectly. Even the DQ ending of Jim Neidhardt's interference made sense in terms of the bigger story, where Neidhardt joined Owen Hart later in the show. I'd also include their ROyal Rumble 95 rematch, but that may not technically qualify for this list given that it was a no contest due to interference from Bob Backlund, Owen Hart, Shawn Michaels and (for some reason) Jeff Jarrett. Still, it was ever bit as good as their first encounter, and nicely set up the final match of their trilogy at Survivor Series that year, with a no-DQ stipulation.

The Lesnar vs Taker DQ at Unforgiven 2002 was fine because the feud was personal because Taker's on-screen partner at the time was involved in the feud, Lesnar also kayfabe broke Taker's arm a couple weeks later.

Any match that ends in a disqualification does not warrant me to rate it a perfect five stars. The match that Ronda Rousey and Charlotte Flair had at 2018’s Survivor Series pay per view was going so good up until the kendo stick moment, but it still doesn’t warrant a five star rating from me. I almost wanted to rate it a perfect five stars, but the finish held it back.

another honorable mention Steve Austin vs Bret hart in your house revenge of the taker 1997 Austin won by dq but it further solidified Austin and was one of Austin’s only wins ever against Bret hart loved that match not quite ss 1996 or wm 13 but was definitely up there on that rivalry bret vs Austin is definitely a rivalry that should of went on longer natural chemistry

Honestly lots say a good match turned bad because of a DQ finish so I'm glad this video acknowledges great matches with a DQ finish

You mention Lesnar Taker Unforgiven and that was a more recent one I can think of to end a PPV match with a DQ perfectly.
