Kris Barnes It's about smelling fresh and clean. If you can't wear perfume or work in a place you can't, don't. But ALWAYS smell fresh and showered!

I really liked how you mentioned that nobodies left and right eyebrows are exactly the same. I really struggle with that. But I heard a really great quote once, I don't remember who said it but, it said, "your eyebrows are sisters, not twins."

Hello! Thank you for making this video! I appreciate this video, especially the the segment on nails maintenance. Chipped nail polish and dirt under the nails is not okay for professional, personal, and social reasons. In regards to makeup maintenance, I carry oil blotting wipes by Clean and Clear in my purse to make sure my makeup maintains and to keep a fresh face! Take care!

So appreciative of this and other channels that place value on being ladylike! I have always experienced respectful treatment from others because of my dress, grooming and behaviour! I taught myself because It reflects who I am inside! If women only knew that they send out signals to others due to their attire, grooming and personality. Men with self-respect are attracted to us because of it! Some think we must dress in an old fashioned or out dated manner without personal flair but it's not true at all. People will treat you the way you treat yourself! Thank you for inspiring us to return to grace! Much respect! 🍃🌹🍃

How can you reduce the hair on unwanted area's besided plucking I mean I don't know what started it however I know that it exist. Some one else I know had chest hair on their body I feel like it is an imbalance on us having hair in unwanted places.

@The prep pursuit the problem with me is i take all these steps but i have the problem of STAYING neat and tidy through out the day. As soon as i walk out the door my shoes would get dusty or untidy. It has something to do with the way i walk. I am a dentist and also a hijaabi. My hijaab gets messy and wonky at times. Was wondering if you have some good pointers

Yes, two ideas for you! 😊 One, is to do a mid-day check (around the middle of your day being out and about)... so in the restroom mirror look at your clothing and shoes and dust off or straighten anything that needs to be adjusted. Two, is to do a quick mirror check every time you go to the bathroom. Right after you wash your hands, you can take a minute in the mirror to make any adjustments to your clothing or makeup if you need to! 😊 I hope this is helpful!
