Mera cousin bhai tower research main kaam karta tha 3 saal se 😂 . Let me tell you 1). Usko hairfall ki problem ho gayi , he used work 12 hours, even sometimes on weekends also 2). Work culture , oftenly stressful, manager always on your head 3). Away from your family 4) regular office , no hybrid option. 5). He left the company after 3 years with stock options in the company , 6) right now working remotely in ML for US based startup 4 days a week with more base salary Don't get fascinated by packag ,HFT company suck your blood till your death 💀..

Hairfall toh bc aise bhi ho jayega, but hairfall with money is atleast a good option xD. Remote work is the best but getting remote is harder than getting into TRC. Which ML startup tho, coz I wanted to know if having a good Kaggle rating help in anyway for getting a job.

no, leetcode kind of questions are not asked in HFT interviews.

honestly they dont hire people outside from iit and from iit they only hire cse grads . so i dont think anyone from a tier 2 or tier 3 will get a chance to work in such companies if you dont believe me just check their application form . they are asking for your jee advanced rank
