Better than BACON... Easily make your own Smoked Pork Belly tacos with this recipe at home. I'll go through step by step on my preferences. These were up there with some of the tacos I've ever made. juicy, tender and extremely flavorful! Most important, you can save some for later.
In this video, we used the unreleased lemon pepper garlic Cuso's rub. This was essential to the crazy flavors we tasted. Stay tuned, 4 rubs will be released next month!
