Join in for a 10 minute BARRE ABS WORKOUT to sculpt and strengthen your core muscles. This is going to be an intense one but I'll provide modifications throughout! We'll be challenging our core muscles with ballet dancer inspired movements. Intervals will be 50 seconds on and 10 seconds rest. So get ready to sculpt!

Love all your workouts! Request- can you do some 10-15 minute ab workouts with weights? Love the ab work with weights that are in your full body weight workouts. Would love to have a couple just ab weight videos I can do with my cardio days. Thanks for all your awesome content!

This is probably one of my favorite core workouts from you ever!! I'm trying to get back into shape for dance to get ready to tour and after a season off, I love how its quick, effective, and fused with barre!! It gets me back in the mood for dance!!

This was terrific Mik! I really liked the combination of dumbbells and the band. Any chance you could apply a difficulty rating to your workouts? Most I find plenty challenging, but there are a few that seem substantially less difficult.

Hey Mik OMG This BARRE Abs workout was so much more of a challenge esp with your monster add-on Challenges lol! I have think I am finding at least for me the BARRE workouts are more of a challenge then all the others I have done from you. Love them!! I took ballet for many years and still love the Grace, Form & Discipline it takes! Thank you as always! You are a Rockstar of Fitness!!!

Thank you for your amazing workouts..but I have a question..every time I workout I feel that I’m so tired and I’m not doing anything right..despite I try all my best to complete the video but I feel tired while working out and I feel that I’m not doing any move right..how can I stop thinking that way? And how you don’t get tired?
