I was looking for a easy workout to do while on the treadmill. ( zero incline at home 2.0 speed) Loved it made my easy walk fun.

I love these workouts but I hope others remember to sit or stand before picking up the dumbbells. It's the old trainer in me. Thank you for these consistent videos, since roller derby my body isn't what it used to be and these have helped me to maintain physique without jumping. ❤

I love these creative compound movements! And yet they are longer to perform so you get less reps in one go, which makes me feel generally less worked out. 😢 Would it be possible to extend the working vs rest times maybe?
