Trouble with balance is a common issue after stoke. Today, we’re going through a fun, funky step workout designed to challenge your balance and aerobic health! This is a more advanced workout that’s best for survivors who can already stand on their feet and step safely. I’ll be using a few blocks to step on, but will show modifications if you don’t have any. Let’s get into it.
