Thank you for another great workout! I love love love these short but intense little exercise videos! As someone who works a full time desk job and cares for a disabled husband, I have to squeeze in my workouts in small increments of time, and these videos have been so helpful and motivating! Just challenging enough without being impossibly hard. Your exercise videos include such a variety of movement and exercise that I am never bored and always challenging different muscles. I am definitely noticing a difference in my body and energy level! Thank you for your generosity! I also love your ballet classes!

thanks so much! Honestly, your videos have been a lifeline for me while recovering from an injury in my arch/ankle! I am still looking for cardio workouts without jumping. So if you would like to make something like that, I would be ecstatic. Keep up your amazing work!

Thank you very much for showing and explaninig these exercises which are perfect for summer days.I´d really like to see more floor workout for strengthening legs in summer. Short workouts can be done twice or warmup and stretching can be added ( from other videos) . So - it´s great! I love it an i surely will enrich my workout routine with this, like other or new workouts from you. Thank you so much for motivation and explanation!

I’m new to your workouts, I’m not a ballerina and have no formal training so my turnout is likely not even “turned out” at all, but I try! Could you maybe give a modification or alternative exercise to non-ballerinas for the exercises you do lying belly-down that require a high turned out lift-to-developpé? That’s all but impossible if you lack trained flexibility, so an alternative exercise that hits those muscles accounting for lack of flexibility would be amazing! Thank you so much and love the ballet workouts, they give wonderful toning to a strength-training program.

These exercises are amazing, my legs are feeling warm and toned 😻😻😻😻😻 I'm not a dancer, but O also have difficulties with turning one leg back from the lying position, but I think it's ok and just takes some time or right manual therapy to help fix it))) Could you please show some exercises to improve lifting the leg to the front both from sitting and standing positions? I do different exercises for legs, but still have problems while lifting them to the front, something in my upper front part of hip muscles doesn't let me do it right ☺️☺️☺️
