Hey everyone, welcome to my channel! Join me in a 10 minute full body stretch to energize yourself for the day. This is a good mix of balance, strength and flexibility... plus a whole lotta cuteness!
No props are needed and this is suitable for all experience levels. We'll go through poses like balancing table, gate pose, pigeon, child's pose and three-legged dog. This sequence will relieve aches, pains and stiffness that are so common in the morning.
I filmed this video almost two months ago while I was fostering some kittens and their mama. They have all since been adopted! I'm currently fostering a new litter.

What a purrfect way to begin the day! My dog suddenly passed away this weekend and I feel so heavy with thoughts of him today. I can't tell you how delightful I found yoga with kittens to be. Awww bless your sweet heart for fostering that mama. You can see she trusts u w her babies. My 19yr old son always wanted a cat but im allergic. The mom fight in me waived the white flag of defeat. he brought a cat home that his coworker couldn't keep anymore and now i love this cat and could never get rid of him although i wake up w dreadful allergies. Thank u for fostering. 💖

Good Morning Kassandra, I’m so glad to hear you are fostering cats and kittens. They are so cute and cuddly. This is a great thing you’re doing. They were fun to see them and were distracting but can’t really ignore them. They’re so adorable. I’m obsessed with cats. Anyways, I thought why not today’s one-word intention affirmation would be: commitment to myself and my practice. Commitment is what I choose to acknowledge everything I do throughout the day

I loved this yoga session with the kittens!! So cute! My cat loves my yoga mat, too. I'll lay it out and he thinks I've laid it out for him, so he's usually laying in the middle when I'm trying to begin a session. 😆 Sometimes when I'm sitting cross-legged he tries to sit in my lap. 😊 Kitties are the best!
