I've completed this video a few times now. I have weak back muscles and was told to pay extra attention to strengthening my core muscles. This video is definitely helping - I was able to hold the positions a lot longer than previous tries. My favorite part of the video is how calming Maddie's voice is. It's like being in a yoga class. I'm able to relax and really focus on engaging my core. 😋

I love how your videos are physically challenging but so calm and nice to look at. I can feel myself gradually getting stronger with your videos and I'm so grateful for all your content. After dance lessons if my teacher comes with some exercises I will say that those exercises are way too better and I will propose that we'll do those. Thank you, Maddie! I felt it in my core and I loved them.

I think this will be the perfect ab workout to strengthen my core for pole dance class. I tried a few exercises and was huffing and puffing. I'm too tired to follow the whole video but definitely coming back to this

hi 14 year old girl here I am currently trying to tone my stomach for the summer and this is the first serious workout I have ever tried to do, I found this so difficult and at times was in a lot of pain as my core is my weakest part of my body. I am going to try and do this everyday until I can do it without having to stop a bit way through. I did these exercises however a couple of them I couldn't yet do as shown so I simplified them and even then they hurt I am currently 8.2 stones or 53kg and I will try and update and show which days I have done I am going to try and do it every day for a month will keep you updated xxx

Definitely the best core workout I`ve tried for the last few months! My favourite exercises but modified to be harder to complete - perfection! Since now I`m gonna' do it frequently to become stronger because some of the exercises were really difficult to overcome. However, I`ve managed (not without struggle:). Thanks, Maddy!!!

Towards the end I definitely did what others did and just emulated your dog! 😂 I really liked this one! Challenging but also slow enough for me to be able to focus on my form and not strain my neck! Entering the rotation!

Love your ab workouts and have been following them for a while now! Just wanted to ask, I noticed at the end of some of your ab workouts you do an ab stretch but on some you don’t. Is there a reason for this? Is it better to stretch out abs after a workout? Looking forward to seeing more content 😊🫶
