I liked the workout but it was boring in that there was no background music. Also not knowing when it ended by a timer or a beep was weird. No transition time trew me off a couple of times too. Otherwise, nice session

А зачем она испортила свою фигуру?? 🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ Была такая изящная, хрупкая девушка!! Надо было только грудные импланты подобрать и была бы- мечта!!!! А она взяла и превратилась в качка!!!!!! Ужасно стало!!!

This work out was great, sweating work out but great ovarall toning, the cobordination kept my mind so focused on getting the work out right that no other negative thoughts entered my mind, love it, thanks maddi ❤
