You two are the best! Is there anyway you could make a few more bodyweight strength workouts for upper body and lower body? I really enjoy your bodyweight strength workout video's since I prefer them over weights. Thank you!

Just want to say thanks for the way you dress. I'm trying to get my husband back into exercising. I know he doesn't want me staring at a shirtless guy for the entire workout and I don't want him staring at a minimally dressed woman either. I appreciate your team dresses and the workouts are great too. We will be checking in often.
