I noticed you are bending your knees in all the exercises. I didn’t notice it as much in earlier videos. Is this to protect the back ? I have a bad low back so anything to not aggravate it and still workout is my goal. Thanks, your a great motivator!

Hi Schellea! I work at a Preschool and we just cl oil sed for summer vacation. It was a good year covid wise and we did it ! My burn score was 3 maximum but I've been doing batwing exercises about 2 times a week for a few months. But I still haven't noticed any batwing improvement. I do know batwing exercising needs to be done several days a week with a barely tolerable burn by the end of the workout. Trying to step it up. I'm so thankful for all of Shelly's videos.
