I hadn’t done this for a couple of years! It’s a super excercise when I have over worked my knee prosthesis by swing dancing on a hard surface outdoors! I love all your excercises! You are so sweet and kind❤

My shoulders weren't on fire but my biceps (where I'm weaker) were! What a good workout and yes, I would suggest having the lighter weights nearby. . . so you won'r need to stop. Wonderful!
