I’ve been overweight since I was a teenager, I’m 43 now. About a year ago I did a huge change to my diet and cut out about 95% of the processed grains and sugars I’d been consuming and about 2 months ago I started doing these workouts and for literally the first time in my life I can see definition in my abs. It’s never too late to get in shape, if I can do it so can you.

I'm 44 and have a six pack after being pot belly most my life as u cut out the sugar coffee sweeters started using blue agave instead no bread no processed food all raw organic keep going brother health is wealth

I first saw this ab workout back in the summer of 2023, back then I LITERALLY had no abs,i was just started with my fitness journey and my whole belly was just belly fat, I’ve now been doing this workout that not only burned soo much belly fat,but also gave me rock hard abs, thank you soo much for this workout I will be doing it for the rest of my life

This really feels like a good beginner workout. Some moves were more challenging than others (like touch the toes), but most were perfect and I certainly felt the burn and was a little sweaty by the end.

I love this video. Your descriptions are so honest and easy to follow, makes me feel like I actually know what I’m doing. “Just elevate the weight and do cruches!” Pretty simple. Other workout vids make me feel like I’m doing it wrong and I get discouraged. Great vid 👍

@@Old_Foss Just really drink water, fills you up, or low fat yoghurt, you can do intermittent fasting but that will make you lose muscle, its up to you, but i just recommended the basic calorie deficit, you could combine it with intermittent fasting?

I have been doing this workout for at least 3 times since I tried it. It’s simple but effective. Already on my third time and some of the exercises are way easier than the first time I did it.

Whenever I try to find beginner workouts they are either too easy or too hard, this is just perfect! It pushed me but it didn’t make me out of breath after each exercise and I could actually feel a burn in my abs! I enjoyed this a lot!

I did this workout early this morning. I've lost 25 pounds since I started my journey to healthy. I'm 45 & have been exercising at the gym 4 days a week since June 2023. I'm also on Weight Watchers. Thank you for this. I definitely felt my core burning 🔥 when I did this workout. It was intense!

I just stumbled across your channel and have to say I'm liking these 10 min AB workouts. I've been trying to get rid of my lower belly fat and it's just not happening. So giving your workouts a try. 🤣😭 don't worry! It happens to everyone. You just don't train your abs enough so the aren't used to the the stress you just put in them. Keep conditioning them 💪🏾🤜🏾

I really appreciate your vid big homie, as someone who is bulky built, working out my core isnt something i go for at the gym. Adding the dumbbells keeps me in it. Definitely feeling this 💯

Does anyone else having trouble keeping their legs planted on the ground while doing these? What causes legs to unintentionally raise from the ground? Weak abs, heavy torso?

This is a program right bro i am in a claoric deficit and i have a flat stomach need to burn some belly fat i will do one vedio for a week with one day rest after every day I will update every day Day 1= yo 2 rounds my abs are popping out Day 2 rest day Day 3 finished with 4 rounds

@@nomie2g because , in my opinion, some of these exercises are not for beginners /untrained ppl. You need flexibility exercises first.(like me)
