All the photographs in this video were taken in natural light on my Sony A9 camera with Sony FE 35mm 1.8 lens.

WOW wow and WOW !!!! Sooooooooo beautiful !!!! So many cool angles and different poses !!!! It is kinda cheating because Demi is sooo gorgeous !!! hahaha !! She is seriously stunning in this shoot Neil !! You did it again !! Incredible what you could get in only 10 MINS !!! Every shot you did is perfect as always !!!

Thanks for sharing. I like the idea of making short challenges like this, I am not bad on the technical parts of taking pictures, but things like posing and getting nice composition ideas, the only way to get better is to be constantly doing it, so little sessions like this might be ideal! 🙂

WOW! Gorgeous pictures!! I think my favorite is the silhouette 😍. I don’t know why I’m so drawn to those types of images. Second would be the one on the stairs. Though they’re all amazing! And you’re right, it’s almost like cheating, she is such a doll! I should really try this for myself, I tend to feel a sense of panic under crazy pressure. A time limited challenge for myself might just help with that!!

Hi Neil. Thank you so much for your support and your videos, I love your channel. I wish to ask you about the objetive sony 35mm 1.8 and samyang 35mm 1.4. In this video you use the sony 1,8 but one year ago you used the samyang 1.4, Can you tell us why you changed and what is your oponion about this two lens. Thank you. Big hug from Málaga. (Spain)

Thank you so much for your support Fran, I really appreciate your kind words. Great question, I loved the Samyang 35mm lens, unfortunately though I dropped it on to concrete at a wedding and it was badly damaged so rather than replace it with another Samyang, I decided to buy the Sony 35mm because it is so much smaller and lighter. But I only did this because the Samyang was damaged, no because I didn't like it, it's a great lens

Hi why 500s & 800 iso why not a lower shutter speed & lower iso ? Regards Colin F

Hi Colin, great question because technically you are right in that lower ISO should give you better quality. However, with modern cameras I find that unless you're shooting at 1600 or above, it is next to impossible to tell the difference between the lower ISOs so I don't worry about it in the slightest. I actually spoke about this in my last Q&A. I think that it's only us as photographers that worry about it. But you are right. I just don't think it makes any difference in reality

I’ve noticed you changed from the Samyang 35mm 1.4 to the Sony 35mm 1.8. Any reason why? Weight? Image quality? Ergo?

Hi Arthur, well spotted! Sadly I dropped my Sanyang on concrete and it broke. I decided to replace it with the Sony because the Sony lens is so much smaller and lighter, but had I not dropped the Samyang I wouldn't have bought the Sony as it was an excellent lens, just a little bit big

Then you will have the same exact shots as this model bride being slim thick. All of these he took looked like she was nervous and scared too so there's no difference. Whatever you do, get your brides to at least grin or at the very least, a smirk. It's their wedding for Christ sakes close that mouth and smile like a bride not a model lol

Secondly, there's no need for the age/1up "many years" nonsense comparison. I mean that was absolutely pointless. Thirdly, 30 years? ... That's it!? :-) Awesome! So me and you are right around the same age so get over yourself Karen. ANYWAYS if you are concerned about bigger weight and nervousness, you don't relate to your subjects and just point and shoot and honestly with that trash bag of a comment you threw at me I can see why they nervous. Tf does a few extra pounds have ANYTHING to do with this video at all? RELAX there Mr. Ed, it was only a comment in general not aimed at you.
