Pilates is so hard for me, so I normally avoid it and just do yoga, but I was inspired by Kassandra to try one of your videos. I was able to do most of it! Thank you 🙂

I’ve been doing this work out off and on and I love it , I Seem to always return to a weekly routine of 4 to 5 days. My body craves it. Definitely makes me feel stretched and as though I’m strong, sleek and lean.

This mat pilates workout ended up being my cool-down after doing leg day, and supplemental booty day with you, Amy :) WHEW--totally sweating and breathing hard by the time I got down to the mat with this core workout....but now abs are burning along with the legs--It's a Good Day!! XO-S

Thank you so much Amy. I love all your workouts and have been doing them consistently for a few months now. I find the side planks challenging, probably because I have bursitis in one hip and hip dysplasia in the other, however the side with bursitis tends to be the most challenging one for me. Through your exercises my hip has strengthened, so thank you! Love from Australia.

May Day #4 : both workouts were about 10-mins. but they were killer 🥵 like small fire crackers with big explosions :) You look as fabulous and strong as you're 7 yrs. ago. I will do this often so that I can be stronger... Thanks a lot for monthly calendars because now I don't have to search for a workout I'll have to do the next day. You've designed it for us, so thanks again 🙏🏻

Really super pilates ab routine! I felt strong without over doing it. I will be coming back to this again and again! I have really been into pilates abs lately. Love it!💜

I love this, I have started doing it after my kb or hiit workout and it soothes and stretches and brings my heart beat to a nice pace. Wonderful, thank you

I couldn't hear your voice sounds on this video. Not sure if it's something I'm doing wrong or a glitch in the video. I can hear all the other ones I've tried.

Hi Amy, Im able to do all these workouts except that my neck starts to kill me and I have to break halfway through each one. I dont mind the pain in my abs or glutes, but the neck just doesnt cooperate. Any suggestions how to strengthen or support my neck and still get the best out of the workout?

I have a problem with my neck and my pilates tutor always gave me an alternative way to carry out any movement that was uncomfortable. For those where you are laying on the mat don't raise your head. As you posted some years ago I hope you were able to find work-arounds because Pilates is an excellent exercise routine, one where you can work at a pace that suits you.

Bit disappointed that the sound on this has been panned to one side. I got home to do this work out and I only have one working speaker which means I cannot hear you talking, only the music.
