Today I am sharing a super simple quick 10 minute meal which is idea for mid week dining.. I really hope you enjoy this recipe and thank you as always for watching :)
INGREDIENTS - to feed 4:
250g Mixed tomatoes
Olive oil, salt and basil to dress tomatoes
500g Gnocchi
160g pancetta
250ml Veg stock (1 stock cube)
Burrata ball
Parmesan to serve

The gnocchi meal sounds amazing and delicious too. If I made this gnocchi dish I would add some mince into it to make a pasta dish but instead you are using gnocchi. It’s such a simple and easy dinner I love tomatoes, Parmesan cheese and basil on top of a pasta lunch or dinner Kerry! I think it’s delicious but I know some people find gnocchi has a funny consistency.. but I love it! Xxx

That’s how you cook the gnocchi, I will give this a go, any veg alternatives for the panchetta as am Muslim so can’t eat that.

You can just leave the panchetta out and it’s just as delicious 🥰

Be mindful of Mozerella and Burrata too as the can have animal rennet in. Waitrose 1 Burrata definitely does and I'm not sure what that would mean for your religious beliefs. Xx

@@1976nf thanks, that's really considerate of you. I know parmesan and grana padano have animal rennet in but didn't know about mozzarella.

Omg 😮 that looks absolutely amazing! 💯 i have tried making gnocci before and found it bland or maybe i overcooked it, not sure. But i loooove Italian flavours and ooey gooey cheese! I also wanted to try baratta as i saw it in another video recently. Definitely trying this! How many grams roughly is the barrata you used?

I just use a whole ball of Barrata to make it super deliciously cheesy! It’s such a tasty meal and so worth trying :) xxx
