@@goldenlifelove7251 because there delivery and customer service is horrible I have never heard of a company not being able to let me pick my package up at a ups, fed ex or post office if I won’t put don’t need signature because if I do then her given hair won’t be responsible if it is lost or stolen I have to go to work and school I can’t stay at home all day waiting for a package the closest dhl location to me is 2 hours away I’m not driving that far they have lost their rabbit 🍑minds and yes they was ignoring me when I asked to be refunded they were still posting videos and I texted them on Friday in the morning not on the weekend but I’ll let them keep telling that lie smh done ruined my whole birthday it’s okay I disputed it through my bank since they didn’t want to give me my money back not about to play with them smh

@@goldenlifelove7251 her given hair is full of not trying to give people their packages then when you ask for a refund they want to ignore you so I had to dispute it to my bank I’m not about to drive 2 hours away to go pick up a package just because there delivery service is trash talking about it can’t be picked up at a post office, fed ex, or ups it has to be at a dhl location if I don’t sign for the package everyone don’t have the luxury of staying home some people have to work smh
