Sweet Chinese Chili Chicken
Ingredients
Batter
• All-purpose flour 1 cup
• Corn flour 1/2 cup
• Salt 1 tsp
• Baking powder 1 tsp
• Water 3/4 cup
• Eggs 2
• Chicken 1 kg
• Oil for deep frying
Cooking
• Oil 2 tbsp
• Garlic 2-3 cloves, finely chopped
• Spring onions 1/2 cup, finely chopped
• Sweet chili sauce 1.5 cup
Garnish
• Spring onions 1/4 cup, cut into 2-inch pieces
• Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
Quick Stir-fried Chinese Rice
Ingredients
• Oil 2 tbsp
• Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
• Spring onions 4 tbsp
• Green beans 1.5 cups, cut into long pieces (I used frozen)
• Bell peppers any color 1.5 cups, finely chopped (I used yellow, green and red)
• Boiled rice 3 cups
• Soy sauce 4 tbsp
• Eggs 3
• Garnish: Spring onions 4 tbsp
Crunchy Tomato Tarts
Ingredients
• Puff pastry sheets 10 (2 inch squares)
• Pizza sauce 5 tsp
• Tomato slices 10
• Mozzarella cheese 5 tsp
• Spring onions for garnish
• Chili flakes as needed
