Hello brother how are you...i am 35 years old and had a disc bulge about 4 months ago, while doing dead lift..i didnot have a sciatic pain, and the pain was centralised, during the first few days i was unable to brush my teeth. Now i can do my day to day activities, but even after 4 months i am unable to bend forward and touch my toes...though i can bend forward, but once i try to touch my ties it feels that my muscles at the lower back are still stiff and cause pain...did u also suffer from the same and if yes, if you can kindly let me know what you did to relieve it....i will be grateful...

There’s not a lot to update in terms of my injections. Those were done last spring and have clearly worn off by now. I had a mixed experience with those so if I wreck my back again, I’d have to let the doctors convince me to do it again
