(Hazard) Hasn’t Contributed All That Well In International Games, Was a Horrible Trainer, Didn’t Really Perform Elegantly on the UCL/WC/Euro Tournaments. (Sanchez) During his Barcelona days he was a lower choice forward and even when he did play he didn’t really contribute to the attack and leave an impact on the game very well. And even during his arsenal days despite being the CF he had the least best goal ratio in big games, was weak in the air, and even covered less than 10km which meant he didn’t leave too much of an impact on the attacking Side which was expected of him. (Hulk) Despite having a physical edge over his opponents he couldn’t get past defenders and attack the goal like Adriano could. Meaning he wasn’t a very impactful/ dangerous attacking threat. (Beckham) The world is nicer to attractive people (take jack grealish for example). Beckham was a great midfielder but was mainly known for his set piece ability and curve. Not midfielding abilities like composure and passing you see in the likes of Xavi/Iniesta.

I believe Allan Shearer is also incredibly overrated. Yes he had a really good season where he holds the record for most goals scored in a season (until now), but he "only" scored 260 goals in the premier league throughout his entire career, where he spent most of his time playing. It's an average of 17.3 goals a season over his 15 years playing in the premier league, which is surely respectable, but it's nowhere near the greatest goalscorer to ever play in the prem. Kane for example has 208 goals over 10 seasons averaging 20.8 goals a season. Same goes for Aguero who scored 184 goals over 10 seasons averaging 18.4 goals a season. Theiry Henry has 174 goals over 8 seasons in the prem, making him average 21,75 goals a season. All these are far better goal scorers than Allan Shearer
