10:04 About ol Jose. When I was a cop, one night there was a HUGE prison guard that lost his head. At one point, he was encircled by 16 cops from three different departments. We didn't charge him because he had slit the interior of his elbows and was covered in blood. Two of the lieutenants on scene had a brilliant idea. When the guard's mother appeared on scene, the guard was suddenly docile. He was allowed to go home with family. The second story, and the drunk driver - the people filming it seemed to think it was funny. Well, fine, it was afterwards because nobody got hurt, but considering how easily that could have ended differently I would not have laughed while it was still going on, as they seemed to be doing unless the voice track was added afterwards and was more of a commentary on a film they were looking at.

I'm a 20 year, Retired, Disabled U.S. Navy Veteran, And I'll tell one thing for certain. If I were any of those Airmen on the bikes that got caught speeding like that and then running from the cops, I'd much rather have faced a civilian court than what the Air Force is going to do to them. They probably would have gotten off lighter in a civilian court than a military court. I don't feel sorry for them though, They're gonna regret getting caught, And they're gonna pay for it big time.
