What buildings would be on your list of underrated condos?

Solid list. One of of my older condos made it on the list "318 King". My list in no particular order (excluding what has been listed): 360 Bloor St E. Huge units, older building, but it's well run and quiet. 28 Linden St. James Cooepr Mansion - Tridel built. Good value in an area that is gentrifying 170 Sumach - Daniels built. Great amenities. WAS great value as it was in Regent Park but prices have caught up 138 Princess - Great soft loft. Great location. Low maintenance fees, very few amenities X/X2 Condos - Great Gulf 88 Colgate 8 Charlotte - Great Gulf - Solid building. Don't know about how it's run, though. 300 Bloor - Almost bought here - Pinnacle built. Well run, very well kept. 700 King St W - Former office building. I've been to parties here, the units seem pretty quiet. No balconies though and and bedrooms don't have windows. What makes it underrated are the high ceilings and the prices are low compared to the area. 500 Sherbourne - Excellent board. Security is consistent (same people for years). Clean, well, run building. Good size, great views on the higher floors

Just found your channel and love these videos! As an architect, I’d be interested to see a video about buildings with wide-shallow units in the city since that’s becoming a popular trend with buildings in design right now, but was more common in the past before the “shoebox” unit typology

Great stuff! I kinda like the College Park Towers too. Great management m, location and very reasonable maintenance fees for the age IMO.

96 Saint Patrick Street is also a hidden gem in the city - especially the west facing units overlooking the Grange Park.

Funny enough Tom i made the same video and i had 3 different condos. Mine were 250-270 Wellington, 8 Mckee and 25-51 Lower Simcoe.

Nice watch... I had the exact same one but sold it because it looked small on me. Looks actually big, but not too big on you. Price almost doubled since I sold it. LOL

333 Adelaide St. E/218 King St. E. is another undervalued east side soft loft building with low price PSF and cheap fees.

You should look at more uptown (not all downtown)….what about the Madison Lofts?
